This way you can overcome your weight problems once and for all.

After you've worked with a weight loss counselor or coach, there are some tools that you can use on your own to augment what you are learning. Try techniques such as the Emotional Freedom Technique, which is analogous to acupuncture for the emotions. You use your fingers to tap on specific meridian points on your body while repeating mantras specific to your challenges. This helps to resolve any blocks in your emotional energy field and give you a sense of freedom.
