Acupressure For Itching Treatment Acupressure is often successful in reducing itching. Sit comfortably or lie down, close your eyes and breath deeply when massaging the active points.

Location: bend your arm, press your thumb into the hollow located on the outer side of the arm, directly above the elbow, between the elbow joint (below) and the muscle (above).
